Legal Recognition & Compliance ✔ Holistic counseling as an Ordained Practitioner is recognized under Washington State law under RCW 18.225. ✔ Life coaching and artistic mentorship are personal development services and do not replace medical or psychological care. ✔ Intellectual property services, including branding and licensing, adhere to copyright and trademark protections WA Codes (- RCW 9.16.005 & RCW 19.77) 2. Payment & Refund Policy ✔ Payments must be made in full before services commence unless otherwise agreed. ✔ Refunds are available within 30 days for eligible services. Digital products, customized branding, and intellectual property consultations are non-refundable. ✔ Payment plans may be available upon request. 3. This licensing agreement is for My Soul Expressively, ensuring clear usage rights, intellectual property protection, and structured terms for creative works. Grant of License The Licensor grants the Licensee a [exclusive/non-exclusive] license to use the following creative works under the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement: ✔ Music & Sound Recordings – Original compositions licensed for personal, promotional, or commercial use. ✔ Poetry & Written Works – Creative written works available for branding, educational, or artistic projects. ✔ Branding & Visual Identity – Logos, taglines, and intellectual property for business or promotional use. ✔ Live-Stream & Educational Materials – Licensed content for self-development, coaching, or public presentation. 2.
